Investing in Real Estate
Investing in Real Estate considers and compares how Canadians can make direct and indirect investments in the real estate market. We consider the advantages and disadvantages of investing in real estate, key metrics, taxation of investment gains, compare investments with leverage and those without, and cover the importance of one's primary residence.
In order to receive CE credits, you will need to receive a mark of 8 out of 12 or higher on the quiz. This course qualifies for the following continuing education (CE) credits:
