Employee - Employer Plans
The course Employee/Employer Plans covers the numerous incentives offered by employers as they relate to additional compensation.
Split into four sections, we begin with stock options (for executives), followed by profit sharing plans, followed by pension plans, and finally, we cover the additional plans available for employees (which include: PRPP, GRPP, IPP, SERP, RCA, and SDA).
We also present and assess the options available to an employee when they leave their employer and must decide on accepting their pension or commuting the amount. We cover a real-life scenario and crunch the numbers.
