Ethics Course for CIRO Licensees
This continuing education course entitled “Ethics for CIRO Licensees” covers the topic of conflicts of interest and National Instrument 31‑103.
In this course, we present a case study and apply the key parts of NI 31‑103 to help licensees better identify and address how to deal with conflicts. We also cover the high-level roles of the COO and UDP.
This course was designed to satisfy the business conduct (ethics-related) requirement for MFD licensees, and to offer IDD licensees credits in the compliance category.
To receive continuing education (CE) credits, you will need to receive a mark of 5 out of 8 or higher on the final quiz. This course qualifies for the following CE credit hours:
