Ethics Course for ICS Licensees
The Ethics Course for ICS Licensees provides one case study and applies 3 CCIR Regulatory Principles to the challenges faced by our hypothetical participants.
These principles include:
Principle #1 - Priority of the Client's Interest
Principle #2 - Disclosure of Conflicts or Potential Conflict of Interest
Principle #3 - Product Suitability
The case study focuses on the relationships between insurance professionals and the providers of the products which they sell, and the relationship between the insurance professionals and their clients.
In order to receive CE credits, you will need to receive a mark of 4 out of 6 or higher on the final quiz. This course qualifies for the following continuing education (CE) credits:
